Sometimes a quick click at the end of a long raid can result in a player receiving the wrong loot. We understand that this is possible and are happy to help when we can.
Who Has the Item?
The Player who mistakenly looted the item MUST petition. We will not assist with loot mistakes unless the player who has the item contacts us.
How Long has it Been?
Players need to petition as soon as they realize a mistake is made to maximize the chance that Customer Service can assist them. We may not respond immediately, but the faster you petition, the better chance we have of helping.
Who Else Should Petition?
Literally no one. Any additional petitions only slow us down from helping as many people as possible. If we need to speak with anyone or clarify the situation, we can reach out as necessary.
