The sorcerer at Floatsam, near the merchants (next to “Zeina the Vixen”), attacks the other human npc’s. (and those npc’s don’t attack back)

Go to the merchants in Floatsam and see the sorcerer (nest to “Zeina the Vixen”) attack other human npc’s.
