A suggestion, increase the range of the sorcerer light spell. If it barely covers a few feet, I still can’t see anything at night even right in front of me with this spell. There’s literally no point to using it above a torch.
Better idea; make it do something ‘different’ than a torch. Make the use of it make you want to choose between the spell or a torch. Make it emit like a flashlight would. Change it to look like a demonic eyeball or something forward facing so it emits forward wherever the sorcerer is facing.

It’s hot garbage, that is more effective in giving a seizure.
Farm a night stalker mask and ditch the sorcery stick. Unless culling.
Yes but it doesn’t have requirements so it’s practically free and in a pinch it’s greatly appreciated
Pros:
Creates light.
Leaves your hands free.
Fire and forget.
Cons:
Can’t turn it off until timer runs out.
Light radius is small.
Flits around causing dramatic changes in nearby lighting.
Leaves a smoke trail blocking your vision.
