Specialist Ammunition IV no longer available after patch

Noticed I was no longer able to craft acid/smoke/firespark arrows post patch. Checked the Feats tab and all those are gone, and Specialist Ammo IV was no longer available. Now in the wiki there’s an older note that says something about how one of the Child of Jhil bosses drops the recipe, but that wasn’t the case beforehand, so not sure what’s going on there. I’ve been up there a few times and never seen the recipe as a drop - it was always just available after a certain level.
If this is a rollback it wasn’t in the patch notes.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Try to craft any of the arrows from Spec Ammo IV
  2. Discover its not even a feat I can learn anymore
  3. Skip to step 4
  4. Rage at game

This is intended, to learn that feat you’ll need to find and interact with the right scroll.
