Speed through Battle Pass

, ,

I’m at work and haven’t attempted this yet but I’m sure others on here have.

Is it possible to go into admin mode in singleplayer to blaze through the battlepass?

Yes.

I figured as much, thanks.

Play the Modifiers. I’ve hit 60 so figure it took two weeks with just hitting 70xp and 150xp ones, only doing the 30/40 by accident (ie, kill a 70 target that doubles as a Human 30 target)

Single Player - Admin Panel
God/Cloak - Damage Output x10 / NPC Damage taken x10 for instant kills

Save a file with teleports if you can. Use ToggleDebugHUD to locate your coordinates at spots so you can hop back to trigger challenges.

Shrine of the Oracle
New Asagarth
Xel-Ha
Sepermeru

Get one of the area near where meteors spawn, use slomo to trigger after login.

You also want ports to Obsidian, Crimson Lotus, Frost Lotus, Black Lotus, Black Ice. Pick spots where it’s plentiful to pop in for an easy farm.

For the dungeon clears, spawn the final boss anywhere and kill it.

That’s all you gotta do. I strongly recommend only doing x10 modifier challenges daily, or every 4-5 days, and using rerolls on the others. You wanna stack as much XP as possible.

Don’t bother doing anything but 150xp if it doesn’t have a modifier. That’s a mind melting grind that is only viable if the BP time is running out and you absolutely have to.

What’s “slomo” and how can it help to spawn meteors?

it’s an admin command, which (despite the name) speeds up the game by the factor given - so “slomo 10” speeds up the game 10x. I think that’s the ratio, anyway…

Yeah, it’s useful to put slomo 2 or 3 for traveling. Everything speeds up not just you, so too fast and you can’t move because the screen goes crazy.

But it’s useful with meteors. From what I read, they have a 70% chance to spawn on logging in.

So teleport to that camp, Stargazer’s Crest, then exit to the main menu, go back in, slomo 1000 or so, then just wait for night and watch for the meteor animation. Then look for the smoking rocks.

Thanks @Mikey and @Yshtola

Luckily, in the Exiled Lands, all of those are pretty close to teleport obelisks. It’s the getting back home that may take some effort - but you can, of course, always admin teleport if you’re so inclined.

Me, I’m sprinkling the map with map rooms and transportory stones in key locations. Map rooms close to obelisks since there’s already a way in, and transportory stones in places where the obelisk network doesn’t reach. (I also hung a shield rack with Mistmourn, with a handy wooden sign reading “Remember Mistmourn!” in my main transport hub, right next to the map room where the teleporter stone into the Volcano is located. Otherwise the return trip from mining obsidian might happen sooner than intended, and with less obsidian than intended.)
