Spent 30 euros but no points



Dear Funcom,

been trying to contact you on your support page and in game but nothing. I spend some money to purchuase points, on your page the payement who later were rejected are now shown as accepted, my paypal says that payement did work and i was charged from my credit card. Still my points are the same. Mind to fix this? Regards.


It can take a few days for points to arrive, regardless of payment type.


And it can also take a few days for support to respond.


Yes but usually paypal is immediate and it is been 5 days now.


The most you can do is send an email ticket and wait. Funcom’s customer service is currently being hit with a hurricane so tickets will be answered slower.
