how long does it take for funcom support to get in touch?
Most likely never. I had to make a discord account and track down a Andy B to resolve my case. Emailing support does nothing. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with
I guess it varies - I had an issue that I was contacted about and that was resolved within less than a week. This was last month.
But it was an in game issue - not a payment or subscription issue if that makes a difference.
