stamina doesn’t charge, I can’t run or jump or perform any attack because of this bug

I maybe wrong but I think you need to pull your bracelet.
If I recall correctly this is caused by logging out in a certain pose, and the only fix is to remove the bracelet. Just stand by your respawn bed and select to take off the bracelet.

@nicke91 Welcome to the Forum Exile. Pulling bracelet fixes lots of issues.
I had the same issue yesterday. It started after loging in while lying in a bed (no mod bed).
But it fixed itsself after logging while lying in a bed again 
So it seems some magic happens on login with the stamina reg, and it could be some kind of race condition problem.

Race condition? I don’t even know what that is supposed to mean…
But no.
It is flags not getting set properly when relogging while in a smart slot.

Did you figure out what caused this?
I tried to recreate with every DLC and vanilla bed in singleplayer and on an Official, it’s not happening.

I get it randomly for the past few days. No clue why or how, but it’s new for me. Only fix is death or relogging.
