Stamina doesnt come back when reaching zeroI
Bug Reproduction:
Fighting warmaker in warmaker dungeon i stammed out and it stayed at zero and would not regenerate. I had to walk out of dungeon as i could not run nor fight. I had to disconnect from game and reconnect to get it back.

Have you found this issue before, or only during the dungeon?
Were you able to reproduce it again in the dungeon, or was it a one time thing? If you have a video, please share it as well.
This has happened to me and others in the dungeon and outside the dungeon. It is probably related to the excessive lag that has started since the update. The excessive lag has also been reported all over twitter.
This happens to me and my wife daily on an official server. Doesnt matter where youre at…its because of all the lag that came with the recent update. Kinda made me mad i got killed by a level 1 thrall npc while im level 60 and cant use my shield or run or do anything.
