I haven’t had any issues until now. Official pve 2586. Stamina bar depletes but doesn’t rebound. All work-arounds failed. Swinging weapon or rolling all the same. It will work for a while then randomly stops. Series x hard lined.

Others have already complained about this bug , and it seems tied to exiting the game while using a bed ( especially but not limited to the sarcophagus bed ) . Also people said that removing bracelet fixes the issue for them ( it’s a workaround and not a perfect solution ) hope it helps you mitigate the issue untill funcom fixes it 
Had this issue as well and can confirm not logging out on a bed fixed it for me.
The mid-chapter patch should fix this whenever Xbox manages to pass certification.
I wish that would help. We log out on our bedroom floor not bed because of that issue. What I don’t get it’s been after hours of game play when it happened the first time. Now we don’t trust to play again in case it happens when we are in the middle of New Asguard.
