Still can't dl Treasures dlc foe PS4

I purchased the Season year 2 pass, I followed instructions to dl Turin pack and it still is locked behind a grayed out Download button. Please refund me.

Please make sure that you download every DLC from the store and, if that doesn’t work, please re-validate your licenses through the Playstation settings.
