Stone and coal deposits are no longer harvestable and character moves through them. Sometimes when I swing I may hit once or twice but it never fully harvests them and they do not disappear. Iron seems to be fine, haven’t check any others.
It was okay this morning , this just started happening.

Yeah, this happens when the sync between client and server isn’t working properly. It means someone has already mined those resources on the server but the info has not reached your client.
As Sestus recommends, relogging is usually the best course of action. This can also be a sign of lag on your side and then just relogging might not work.
