Storm mobs leaving storm area and survive, the issue still exist.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.enter the storm
2.pull a storm mob outside the storm
3. instead of freezing and becoming yellow, the mob keep rampaging and being active
