Strange error message upon loading

Crash report:

I was on my horse near the Mounds of the Dead when suddenly I got a CTD. The error message I got was this one: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

First thing I did was to check file integrity through Steam, and upon restarting, the same error message occured. I re-checked file integrity but Steam reported all files were validated. Every time I log back in I get the CTD, then the message.

I rebooted my computer, re-checked file integrity with the result, again, of all files having been validated.
