Strange green patch on icon of named PNJ

I found unlisted named pnj that have a strange green patch on their icon when I put them in the slave wheel.
I found the fighter “KLONK Skullcrusher” and the priest “KAPOTEENI the reasonable”.
Who can tell me the explanation for the green patch ?
These NPCs do not seem to be listed on the US wiki.

Using any mods, like any of Multigun’s for example? @Kapoteeni is a community member (and usually quite reasonable, so that fits!).
