I play on official server #3748 PvE on the ps4. I am unsure if it was the server restart or recent update but since one or the other, i have had my well and armored animal pen, with pets in it, dissappear. Sometimes, when i craft a yellow lotus potion, it vanishes when it is done crafting.
Aside from those, i can not craft any armor on my armor bench. It just stays queued on the queue table.
There is also the bug when i log in, there is blood on my screen regardless of health level. The only fix is to remove one’s bracelet.
I know there are alot on your table but from the topics i have read, this issues have been happening for a long time. There are alot more but this ones are really hindering me from still playing the game or buying any dlc because i do not want to spend money on something i would get frustrated with. Please fix as soon as possible
Yellow lotus potions have a two minute expiry timer on them. So likely that it just expired and vanished after crafting was complete.
Re: animal pen … will need more information to say if a bug or if part of the decay system working as intended. Generally placeables like animal pens, wheels of pain, fishing traps, chests, if put directly on the ground have a short decay timer (Eg two hours, 18 hours). If they are placed close to a larger structure with a high decay timer then sometimes (but not always) the game will recognise them as part of the larger structure and assign the same decay timer.
Always a good idea to equip a repair hammer and look at the objects you’ve just placed to check the maximum decay timer.
Often to get a higher decay timer you need to build what the game considers a “base”, generally foundations … enough of these and the timer reaches max. But maybe it needs a small building on it with walls, roof and door to get it up to max decay. Check with a repair hammer as you build.
Re: armor bench … try using L2 to activate the play button on the bench. Sometimes they stop and won’t start auto-crafting when you select new items to make. I find this especially after I’ve cancelled a set of crafting because I changed my mind on what I wanted it to make.
Thank you. I figured out everything a bit after i did some research in the issue. The decay system is kind of irregular and inconvient but adaptable. I would understand why they would implement it but there should be a better system. Nevertheless, I really appreciate you responding to back to me.
