Ok, shut down caught me underwater. Relogged when I was able and now my toon will not swim, he just stands there underwater. Any ideas besides removing bracelet?
Try relogging if that doesn’t work I don’t know.

Exactly. An emote will pull you out of a space and return you to normal movement. If one does not do it, keep trying until you are free.
The reason is that emotes abide by the current terrain. If you are stuck, an emote will pull you out and align you with current terrain.
