Stygian Soldier 3 got zero growth chance in skills
Bug Reproduction:
Capture the thrall through Purge 3, by knocking it out, then taking to the wheel of pleasure. After capturing it, open the stats menu of the thrall, and you will see that there is zero chance for all skills to be grown as it levels. See screenshot for more details.
All purge thralls are like that by design. They have no loot and no stats. Finish the purge and get the thralls from the cages.

Either way, the zero percent of leveling attributes can’t be right.
The bug here is that you managed to knock it out.. All NPCs spawned via the purge should be mostly immune to concussive weapons.
(Also the 0% is perfectly normal if they weren’t meant to be captured and leveled and thus have no leveling data assigned)
No loot from killing purge NPC’s. Once you’ve broken a thrall, it’s not loot it’s gear.
An attempt at an explanation:
Stygian Soldiers from purges normally cannot be knocked out. Do you, by any chance, have a tavern? If so, maybe a tavern Stygian Soldier walked into the purge attack. That one, you would have been able to knock out.
Do you remember if the the soldier was wearing Siptah armor (this set: Stygian Invader Armor (Knowledge) - Official Conan Exiles Wiki when you knocked him out? If so, then it was a tavern thrall.
NPCs from the tavern system have some weird stats. Also, there seems to be a new bug: I had apparent stats of 0 for several thralls I placed. Maybe you encountered that.
