Subscription ended before due date, status frozen at non-premium

My account suddenly became frozen. I tried paying for the next month but that payment is stuck at pending and not going through. My credit card shows that the payment was processed on this side, so apparently it is only my account that cannot process the payment.

I am playing my toons on free to play status for now, but I’m losing out on experience and AA points. I hope this problem will be fixed soon. And I also hope there will be some kind of compensation for the exp and AA points my new toon is losing.
