FOMO is the Methamphetamine of monetization. Sure… it feels good for people in a boardroom. But it has no substance, makes you look trashy, and in the end makes you broke as it rots from the inside.

Seriously though, an open store front where players can buy what they want, when they want will generate more revenue. There’s no reason for artificial scarcity, as its insulting everyone’s intelligence.

Its pretty simple. Let the players spend their money now. They literally paid artists to make this stuff, and then tell us we can only buy it when they want us to. That is saying, “We don’t want your money right this moment, but maybe later.”
