Now with only about one month left until release i believe adding a dedicated section on the forums for Official Online Server Clan Recruitment would be very beneficial.
I would like to look for like minded players to join on release day and beyond. As such i suggest adding a Dedicated Recruitment section to your forums for the various platforms to increase the chances of individuals with similar interests grouping up. After all gaming with people you like makes the experience that much more enjoyable.
I think this is a good idea, I will be getting it on PS4 and it would be a good way for a community to start as we havent had hte pleaseure of getting into this title yet

A chat in serverlobby!
Maybe even with serverlobby-chat allowing people on any server to chat there as well. (pve1-player talking to some private server guy)
It would serve as ingame clan-recruiting, as well as new players getting tips or them starting off as a clan whose members dont know each other.
The only question is how to make it possible to chat with players who are currently logged into some server.
Several games (MMOs) add the servername to the player-/username and let people chat with each other over all different servers. (FFXIV with their instances, WoW with crossrealm)
Question is how hard that would be.
