Yeah, the problem is that the fix didn’t apply retroactively to everyone who bought it when it was borked. According to an official post from Funcom, those who have paid for the set but find themselves still unable to relieve their bowels properly need to open a Zendesk ticket with request type set to “in-game purchase” and wait for Funcom to sort out the plumbing
