Does anyone know what armor this NPC is using? It looks like a mix of Nordheim and Cimmerian, but I couldn’t find a reference anywhere. The NPC’s name is Hragn Mad-With-Fumes.
Crafters from Surges tend to have custom outfits. Hragn seems to be no exception.
That is the old Cimmerian Fur Harness design with the fur still attached along with Pride of Aesir Gauntlets, Leggings, and Boots.
