Using a T4 Armorer on standard armorer bench, he can produce Serpent-man Shield without neede to learn the recipe

  1. Get a T4 Arcen Armorer
    2.Put resources required to build a Serpent-man Shield
    3.Select Serpent-man Shield even if not enabled
    4.Build it
