Taking fall damage when jumping on thralls

Bug Description:

While trying to jump on a thrall or horse, you can take fall damage

Bug Reproduction:

Best place 2 thralls close to each other. Take a very short run and jump on them while holding jump button. Usually it results in fall damage when jump breaks and/or you release jump button. On “perfect jump” you can hold long enough to die from fall damage. See attached video.

This may be known and reported but first I have seen it.
