Tamed T3 Fighter Thrall Changed to 100 HP Performer and can't move/follow or be placed or take damage

I tamed 2 T3 Fighter Thralls and placed them on the ceilings at my base, they changed into “performers” and have only 100 health points. They also can’t be moved. placed anywhere else. Can’t follow me. Can’t take damage. They are basically useless. Taking up space.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. knocked out a Fighter Thrall
  2. Put it in Greater wheel of pain.
  3. Placed it on base when ready
  4. Logged on next day and it was a performer instead.

I assume that they were Cultists of Dagon from the dungeon if not some of the mini bosses. Either way, they were not intended to be captured and funcom purged them. There was an official announcement about it.
