If you see suspicious activity in-game, the appropriate avenue for reporting is to either submit an in-game petition or contact us through email at funcom.com/help

In-game petitions are preferred because this route allows us to investigate your reports as efficiently as possible, but if you have other evidence you would like to submit with your report (such as screenshots or video) you may find an email ticket more convenient.

Please understand that for privacy and security reasons GMs are not able to discuss the results of our investigations, including any actions which may or may not be taken. We understand that this can result in frustrating situations where it appears nothing has been done regarding your report and we do apologize that we aren’t able to be more clear regarding these matters. Our privacy and security policies are very strict.

We do take these reports very seriously and evaluate and investigate every report we receive on an individual basis. Because of this, investigations can sometimes take an extended amount of time to complete, as well. Just because you haven’t seen a reported player immediately removed from play doesn’t mean that nothing has or will be done regarding your report.

If you have concerns that your reports have not been handled appropriately, you’re welcome to submit them through email at funcom.com/help to request additional review from a higher authority within Customer Support.
