I recently made 60. I was surprised to notice with my new cimmerian armor i was receiving frost bite notifications in places i had not been receiving before. So i starting paying attention to the stat while swapping armor. At first i only receive 2 blue bars in the temp stat . I am swapping between vanir and cimmerian. I completely remove all armor. The temp stat star changed from blue to orange. I put the armor back on and now i have 3 orange bars. So i strip down and go outside where it is cold. I put the armor on and swap between the 2 and now i have 5 blue bars.
