Terrain changed with update, items burried in the ground?

Since the last update, a small base I build is buried 1/2 way into the earth and all the items (chests) that were on the foundation are below the ground and not accessible anymore :frowning:

Obviously the map changed: where there was a small depression in the landscape, now there is a small hill. So my building ended up being 1/2 into the ground.

I would expect that map changes do not place items below the map and that buildings that find themselves in such position get placed in the proper vertical coordinates.
