The animals that are killed and npc-s dont spawn back and there is a speed hack on the server i would be glad if you gave him a ban he kills everyone with his speed hack and aimbot.

Switch to a server that has a battleeye. Easy hacks dont work there.

No, check server list. As i see EU3 have NO BE symbol on it.
EU2 have - for example.
