Text chat is crashing the game

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Equip a placeable building block.
  2. Build some.
  3. Engage Admin mode.
  4. Use godmode.
  5. Use the fly command in console.
  6. Use the walk command in console.
  7. Press Enter to type in chat.
  8. Press Enter to submit text or close chat.
  9. Crash.

Where do I check that?

If it may be of any help - in other occasions I am able to type and send text via chat with no problems.

Upper center of the screen is a dropdown labeled ‘Show Chat Window’. Three options are available, Never, Always and and If New Messages. What ever it is now, change it and see if your problem persists. If so, use the third option.

Admin rights are not required for this, but there are other ‘Chat’ settings under server which do require admin rights.

Unfortunately, both the typing interface and the voice abilities are both called ‘Chat’.
