Hi, just wanted to post this thank you note for helping me retrieve a 13 year old account! Support were polite, responsive and friendly. I know they get a lot of flak occasionally online but that has not been my experience of them.

I agree. It’s good to share stories of success as well as complaints. Support is a deeply under-rated job, all my dealings with them have been nothing but positive.
