I play Conan Exiles on PC, and in my opinion, the biggest problem the game faces today is the constant presence of DDoS attacks and hackers.
I would like to suggest that the company invest more in solutions to combat these issues. Right now, it is extremely easy to obtain the IP address of Conan Exiles servers, since it can be accessed directly from the game files. This makes DDoS attacks very easy to execute. In fact, even free DDoS tools available online are often enough to take a server offline. This severely impacts gameplay and discourages players from continuing to play, especially in the PvP community, which has been suffering from this problem for years.
It would be very important for the company to show a clear commitment to solving this situation. There are many other games that do not suffer from these kinds of problems because they have strong protection systems in place. Unfortunately, Conan Exiles is heavily affected by both DDoS attacks and hacking.
Another major issue is the abuse of alternate accounts by hackers. These players often purchase multiple copies of the game during sales and create several accounts. When they get banned, they simply return using another account, continuing to disrupt the gameplay experience for everyone. Currently, there is no effective system in place to stop this cycle.
It would be helpful if the company implemented stronger measures, such as more advanced anti-cheat systems and stricter account or hardware-based bans, instead of relying only on platform-based bans like Steam. Additionally, having active moderators or game masters monitoring official servers would make a significant difference.
Overall, these problems are damaging the player experience and pushing the community away. Addressing them should be a priority for the long-term health of the game.
