The battle pass works fine on my private server. Unless you were asking how it would work on private servers if they nerfed single players from being able to admin panel their way through the battlepass.

To whit - no idea. I’d imagine if they were going that route they’d prevent battlepass from working on any non official and probably just make it a straight up DLC (since you can buy through the battlepass with money as well).

Seems like I can’t claim this one even, its complete but can’t get the reward

Exit to the Main Menu and go back in. It will be claimable then.

This happened for me with the Shrine of the Oracle thing. I got there and nothing. So I went out and back in, and just had to click Claim.

Yeah, if you don’t get a Claim option on the Challenge tab, after you know you did it, exit to main menu and come back in. It should show up then.

At least it did on Shrine, like I said. The others all popped up as they were cleared.

I don’t know. The ones I unlocked so far all popped up in Ancestral Knowledge, under specific sections related to how you obtain them.

They didn’t promise you would not die attempting it. All of those challenges can be done at level 10-20, just max your stamina so you can run.

Level 10 to 20 is not Level 1.

Don’t try to make excuses.

Harvesting Iron - perfectly doable at level 1. There are nodes at Narrowneck you can reach without dealing with enemies.
Harvesting Feathers - seems doable, you just have to know where to climb.

Harvesting Black Ice - 100% not doable at level 1. You will never survive in the cold to reach it. You have to get warm clothing, warm food items, plus trying to survive without fighting anything that will likely kill you in 1-2 hits.

Volcano - Absolutely not doable at level 1. For even more reasons than the Black Ice, and having to go deep into endgame territory for it.

Praying on the Island - First you have to find a Pray emote somewhere. The one near the Southern Aqueduct may be doable, as long as you can survive the spiders alone. But then around on the Island are high level animals that attack you. So it becomes a practice in stealth.

Don’t make excuses for misrepresentation and bad design. And that’s exactly what those challenges are. The last three never should have been on the Challenge list for a level 1 character.

Dude, starting at level one you should be level 5 or 6 by time you hit the noob river just by making your basic gear, doing kick, climb, etc. By time you get up north for black ice you will easily be level 10, use the normal ice you get harvesting black ice and use it to cool you down in the Volcano. Obviously you need to research where pray can be learned along with other things.

Play the game the way it is designed to be played or just stay south of noob river.

Don’t even give me that crap.

Not everyone rushes the game. Level 10? You have crap armor at level 10.

You realize how crappy your attributes are gonna be with only 10 points to spend in them? Your method, you’re stuck with what…5 STR or AGI for damage, or else you’re dumping it all to increase stamina so you can run away from everything like a punk.

Don’t come at me telling me you should be level 10 for going to the far north and Volcano, because that’s just wildly absurd.

You can’t make any healing wraps but the crappiest ones until level 15.
You also have crappy iron weapons and tools at level 10.

Not even talking about housing. You’re meant to be using Insulated buildings in the far north to protect you from the cold.

You don’t even get that until level 20.

You aren’t talking about playing the game “the way it was designed to be played”.
You’re talking about cheesing the game and bypassing what the devs intended by going places early.

You were just complaining you can’t do all your challenges at level 1

Actually I told you to put all your points to increase stamina because you were wanting to do all the challenges at level 1 even though it is impossible to stay at level one more than a few minutes. Smart people run when the odds are impossible unless they decide to die for the cause and it can actually make a difference. Punks want everything at level one. I now suggest you stand at the spawning area until someone from FunCom takes pity on you and sends Conan down to give you a battlepass for your level one character. Post the same complaint 180 times, I hear that is the magic number.

You are the one who wanted to complete your battle pass at level one, I was just telling you how to do it. I have gotten to Volcano at level 16 and killed stuff for gear, built my sandstone hut there. I think I could easily survive there at level 10 with stone weapons to complete a challenge.

Iron works. Use stone for backup. Nothing better then putting grass on a open wound to complete the battle pass.

Na, place a fire and sleep on a cliff. You will be nice and toasty, just put your gear in a box. You think the north is bad now? You should of seen it a couple years ago, normal gear would not work except for a couple specialty normal gear that were bare minimum. Now you can run around in whatever gear for the most part, still a few very cold sections.

It’s not cheesing to have the balls to go strait from noob river and ultimately make it to the volcano sucking on ice to stay alive, am pretty sure you be more that level 10 by then. My estimate for doing all the challenges from level 1 would be closer to level 30 by time you got to the last one in the Volcano. A casual weekend of playing Conan

Yes, because Funcom literally told us in the dev stream that the challenges would be different based on the player level when you were going to do them.

From the sound of it, everyone has the same exact challenges. So clearly the crappy low XP stuff was designed for new characters, and the higher XP stuff on the same day was designed for veteran characters.

Stop trying to justify that what they said isn’t what we were given.

No. You don’t read what I said.

The daily challenges for my LEVEL 1 should not be the same as those for a level 30 plus. Meaning a LEVEL 1 character should never have been given a volcano or black ice challenge.

I made it to level 3 on my battle pass with the current challenges. I never once said I expected to clear 60 levels in a single day. That’s something in your head, not mine.

Still not how the devs designed the game to be played. They made Insulated housing and other cold weather stuff at level 20 and higher. You’re just cheesing the game, so you have no credibility at all.

Mhm. ^^ Might wanna wipe your nose clean. I can tell you’re the type of player that think FC walks on water and can do no wrong. I’m sure you’ve bought out all of their BS MTX stuff from the Bazaar as well.

Edit: Stop being such a tryhard. They didn’t design the game to be rushed to level 10 or so in the Volcano, and the challenges shouldn’t reflect that either.

So, someone please correct me if I’m wrong, but this is a location only in the Exiled Lands map, correct? There is no equivalent on Siptah? So people who play on Siptah can’t complete some challenges?

Yeah, it’s an EL location. So you have to be there.

If you don’t have an EL character, just make one on Single Player, then cheat on the Admin panel for god mode.

Conan Exiles Map

This can give you teleport coordinates with the ~ menu. To pop you right to the Pray emote and then to the spot on the Island. It’s the NW most spot on it, called Imi’s Cradle I think. Then just use the Pray emote to clear it.

Annoying they force you to jump back and forth between maps to complete challenges. Can’t just have fun in one simple play session unless you ignore challenges that stack up for the map you aren’t on.

Thanks though!

Yeah, challenges should have been set differently based on whether you load in on Siptah or the Exiled Lands for that first time after a reset, and locked in. So you can’t switch lands to get different ones.

I doubt it would be hard to arrange. But we get a crappy design like always.

Learned a prayer emote today with a friend allowed us to do telliths Island in the flower patch
