You’re absolutely right; the Bazaar is quite hidden and not intuitively accessible. Many players might not have even clicked on that tab. I believe Funcom will soon introduce a more visible Bazaar shortcut, maybe with ads in the game’s main menu and on the launcher (PC), similar to what EA and other monetization giants are doing. The need to enter a game (connect to a server) to navigate through the bazaar should be removed too, and it should be possible to buy bazaar items directly on the menu screen.
In the loading screens, instead of just displaying a static image promoting the Bazaar, there should be a functional interface for purchasing items. Or at the very least, a button to navigate to the Bazaar screen to buy the advertised items. And every time the loading is completed, a “continue” button should appear before the screen fades away. Nowadays, with high-performance SSDs and processors, it’s barely possible to fully view this screen, and many players feel frustrated because the ad display is abruptly cut off.
It would be cool if, during the game, Funcom suggested items from the Bazaar. When you put on a piece of armor, an NPC stylist could pop up and say, “You look fantastic in that War Armor. But have you ever thought about donning this incredible armor from our Bazaar?” It would be a huge hit! NPC interior designers suggesting furniture with secret doors, NPC architects offering unique building pieces!
