Bug Description:

The Blunted Javelin now does 21 damage, which is too lethal to knock out foes

Bug Reproduction:

Checking out gameplay after the Age of War update, the Blunted Javelin now does 21 damage with 16% armor penetration. This makes it a good implement for killing foes, but not for knocking them out.

The ordinary Javelin does 16 damage, Balanced Iron Javelin 22, Steel Javelin does 32.
I’m guessing that somebody adjusted weapon statistics without realizing what this item was, as it is unlocked at level 21 before the Balanced Iron Javelin.

Please restore this to being a proper concussive weapon.

The Blunted Arrows, at this time, do effectively knock out a T3 Exile with 45 HP before killing it, which is nice. The arrow does 4 damage with 10% armor penetration, but at least they are not functioning as harshly as they were in earlier editions of the game. This action was tested with the basic Hunting Bow, which was handmade.

For good measure, I’d drop the damage on the Blunted Arrows down to 0 or 1 point, as your recent arrow redesign makes Bone and Flinthead Arrows do 3 points of damage, and they are designed for killing. You can search this forum for a lengthy discussion of how thralls were being killed by players attempting to use Blunted Arrows in the past. The idea is to be able to knock out thralls before they die. Testing should involve a few different lower-end bows, just to be sure this works for players with different statistics such as in Agility. The other Truncheons now do 0 points of damage with 0 % armor penetration.
