I literally do not have access to the same missing dlc on my other characters(that’s how I found out they are missing).

In that case, as I have alreadu explained to you - you need to put in a ticket specifically about your DLCs being missing - under the ‘purchases’ tab. They tend to take those sorts of reports much more seriously.

My bed is still bound to my character, there is absolutely a way to restore it or duplicate an identical replacement character. I imagine it just requires an ability to read, which based on your claim right there, they can’t be fully trusted to do if I have to submit another ticket about that specifically. I guess I’ll submit the 12th ticket and not get a response for ANOTHER month if I am lucky. Fun(not)

Thankfully there is a steam summer sale, so at least repurchasing the savage wilds will only be that of a coffee. They can refund me later if/when they restore it.

Don’t re-buy. There is no reason to assume they will refund you if you choose to spend money a second time.
Also - Savage Wilds is a mod, not a DLC. And is only available for UE4, not UE5.

frontier… I meant savage frontier obviously. How does one buy a mod? (On the bright side, learned of a mod that might be worth looking into, so thanks for that). I have no reason to assume they will do anything to restore my account content. They ignored me and others tickets for a month already, ignored my other purchase issue tickets before, and they basically told me there was nothing they can do already. What other choice do I have if I want to play with the content in question? Especially when there is a summer sale rn and I’m getting the entire packs instead of the single armor/weapon bundles they sell for cromcoins on the bazaar for the same price?
