That post is from 2020, so is nothing to do with current issues.
Edit - you spotted that while I ws typing the rest of this.
And that does not anywhere say that you submitted a ticket specifically about the DLCs, or that you selected ‘purchases’ as the topic. If you have previously done that then you should also follow up on it - when you submitted the tiecket (only about the DLCs, not also about the missing character - as I’ve explained they need to be submitted separately) - you should have received an automated reply telling you the ticket had been received - did you receive that? Then you should reply to that email and make clear that you want the issue dealt with - there is a history of tickets being closed if people do not respond to the automated email reply.
How does one buy a mod? (On the bright side, learned of a mod that might be worth looking into, so thanks for that)
That was what was confusing me… (FYI - Savage Wilds is a full map mod, with its own dungeons etc - but, as I mentioned, only available for the UE4 version of the game. It’s pretty much the premier map mod - well worth a go if you want to go back to UE4 at some point. You’ll even be able to find youtube guides for it - I’m pretty sure Kiahonfire did quite a bit of content on it back when it came out.)
It is up to you if you want to buy DLCs again (I certainly agree they are far better value than the bazaar…). I’m just trying to warn you that there is no guarantee that they will refund you at some point if you choose to buy things you already own (and should have access to but currently don’t because of some fault).
On that note - I assume you have already tried the obvious things - validated the game files through steam, and checked under ‘manage my DLCs’ that all the boxes are checked as they should be?
