The character disappeared after the update

cool so some rando might have my character, holy f funcom better make this up to us major.

Day 12 since my ticket, character still missing. No response to tickets yet.

We’re aware of reports involving missing characters following recent Conan Exiles: Enhanced server merges/transfers. Our teams are currently investigating these reports internally together with the developers.

We’d like to check whether you were already able to locate or recover your character after reconnecting or checking different servers/regions.

If not, please make sure to check the following:
• Verify that you are connecting to the correct server and region
• Fully restart the game and reconnect
• Make sure you are using the same platform/Steam account previously used on the server
• Check whether your original server was merged, renamed, or transferred to another server: https://www.conanexiles.com/server-merge/

It isn’t a fix but I’m glad you finally heard something. That is the first confirmation that I have heard that they are looking into it

Did anyone else get a response? I haven’t

So I found some info and tried to update my ticket and I got this response (see image) these guys closed my tickets without actually looking into it or telling me they closed it!

For a moment I believed this and immediately tried to log in and nope my character is still missing. WHAT A CRUEL THING TO PULL ON SOMEONE I CANNOT BELIEVE THE UNPROFESSIONALISM HERE

Still waiting. I made a ticket day one. They need someone to look at the character/account database on Siptah UE4 server, and then look at the character/account database on the new UE5 server and see what is different. I made my ticket the day Conan exiles Enhanced came out. How are missing characters that you said would be transferred, not being transferred, not a top priority? 4 years of progress, rare item, rare thralls. Gone. Not so much as a reply on the ticket system.

yeah, the fact that it even happened with established exiled lands characters that have been around for like 7 years is incomprehensible to me.

like at the very least they could read our tickets or acknowledge the issue, but it seems yet again funcom is ignoring a serious issue that is going to drive us away. The closest response they gave was a secretive closing of our tickets without even a peep. real professional fail com

They closed all of my tickets due to lack of response, but I replied to every single on of those tickets, so I’m losing hope of this being resolved at all.

Lack of response? Where the hell do we respond to the tickets?!

We should bring these issues to their review pages at this point. 25 days now and not even a single acknowledgement of these major problems, they are much more concerned with text localization issues than real problems. It genuinely feels like they hold contempt for us players.

I wish I got a response like that, id be super less annoyed than I currently am a month later and no replies.

They closed mine as well.

This is going into the 4th week, that is a month for people missing characters and not being able to play. No replies, closing tickets without resolutions and little to no feedback if it’s something they are even working on. This is nuts

i don’t believe mine has been closed, but no response other than the auto gen one as soon as i put it in. crickets.

Same here, no response after the canned response. I even sent a reply again to maybe keep it active? Nothing. I am wondering if they ever plan on fixing this. I would have liked to hear just a “Yes we are working on this” or “No, we can’t fix it” so I can move on. Luckily the server I am on has a nice helpful community. I can have a new character back up to 60 and get free knowledge stones or whatever for the library within a few days. Only reason I don’t yet is because of waiting on this ticket for this situation that we have no idea if it is even being worked on. Just the community manager saying they let them know and will work on updates, and no word or news after that. That was 2 weeks ago. My hopes are very slim right now.
