The Crimson Sands is a light RP/PVP/PVE server. We like to think more along the lines of a good time, and if some RP before a quick brawl does that, then players are more than encouraged to do so. RP before PvP is a must, so be sure to be a good sport and give your opponent a chance. If they run though, run them down. We also encourage things like extortion and robbery.
The aim of the server as mentioned is fun, so fighting world bosses, clearing dungeons, and raiding is all on the menu at all times. We ask that PvP doesn’t happen in dungeons so that players can complete journeys and get recipes. PvP in the silent city is approved, just not in the library. We also encourage players to band together to build villages or other fun stuff. However, there is no foundation spamming or building on top or close to NPC spawns. If we feel you violate this rule, or are trying to claim massive swathes of materials to simply deny others, we will deal with it as we see fit.
THE VOLCANO IS A LAWLESS REALM, NO RP IS REQUIRED. THE STARTING ZONE AND LOWER RIVER ZONE JUST OUTSIDE THE START ARE OFF LIMITS FOR PVP. NO PLAYERS AFTER LEVEL 30 CAN LIVE OR BUILD THERE.
Offline player killing is not tolerated, and sieges can only be conducted against those clans who agree to it. Building damage will not be on by default Theft is completely ok. Violation of these rules will result in a ban.
Server based events will be considered as the server population expands, ranging from grand melee fights to clearing dungeons or large-scale sieges against pre-made fortresses. We ask that players remain respectful of other players. **This means no racism/sexism/overall being a general waste of a person. Incidents will be logged and players banned if they prove they can’t be trusted to not act like complete losers. It’s very possible to raid or be a victim of raiding and still act like a normal person. **
