# The game crashes regularly while doing basic stuff

## Basic Info:

Platform: Xbox Series S  
Issue Type: Crash  
Game Mode: Single Player  
Server Type: PvE  
Map: Isle of Siptah  
Server Name: N/A

## Bug Description:

The game is regularly crashing. Happens on both maps, but Siptah is worse.

## Bug Reproduction:

Mostly when I access either the Battle Pass rewards or Bazaar menus. Also happens quite often (every ~45mins of gameplay) when I’m working on my base - building, crafting, equipping thralls… Sometimes just running from one end of the base to the other does it (it covers a wide enough space that the far side fades out when I’m at one end or the other.)

We are aware of this and we’re trying to find a fix. Meanwhile, if you’d like, you can try out this workaround that has fixed the issue for some players:
