The Gem in the Tower achievement not working?

I have been all around the map finding every single location, i spent couple hours of checking if i had everything and still cannot find what i don’t have or did wrong. I also am not able to upload a screenshot because of being a new user.

Im playing on singleplayer and use no mods.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve been through a few other people’s maps, just to make sure I’m not missing anything.
Looks like I’ve got them all, but not able to get achievement

It turns out the way of getting the achievement has changed to only having to complete the “Island Cartographer” under the exiles journey tab.
