Hello,

I have followed up with guides and maps and explored the map of siptah, and yet I have been unable to unlock this achievement. I would have attached my discovered locations on the map, but new users are not allowed to upload.

Additonatilly, could you also provide us the following information:

1 - Are you playing on an Official Server or Private Server?
2 - If playing on a Private Server, are you using Mods?

According to our team, the reason you are missing the achivement seems to be because you are missing the location known as the ‘‘Cracked Vault’’, found on the bottom left part of the map, southwest of The Fractured Citadel.
Once you have it, certainly the achievement will appear to you
