The Hammer and the Spell check

The Flawless Star metal hammer does not show up, at all, with any of the 5 named blacksmiths I have. But the other star metal weapons still have flawless versions.

And tier 1-3 Zingaran taskmasters in Sepermeru have their Race name as “Zingaian”.
