Predators go into their caves or wherever at night after a day of feasting on deer.
Except many predators hunt at night …
(hyenas, wolves, crocodiles) or are more active at dusk and dawn.
So are more likely to be resting or waiting for opportunistic kills during the day than they are in the night time.
