Alot of Conan is lore heavy, except that Yeti in Warmaker Dungeon. Why is it there? I don’t see anything detailing the purpose of it. No scriptures, No journels, Not even a trigger to do something to it. We cannot attack it, and from what code searchers said, there is no triggers for that room. It’s a static asset. Anyway, it would be really cool to incorporate that yeti into the lore of the exiled lands, even if we cannot directly do anything with it.
There is all kinds of exotic animals in that hallway. I’ve always thought of it as the Warmaker’s private zoo. Given he’s an immortal tyrant with a god complex, that seems pretty expected.
Where does it say the snowhunter’s put it there? Wouldn’t that mean Dalinsia was involved? Plus I was speaking about that particular Yeti. If it’s a caged prize wouldn’t it have a name? I do have to admit I’ve not read the novels, but nobody can tell me for sure lore examples. So if Snowhunters did keep it there, or if it is a part of Warmaker’s trophies, is there an example of this proof in a story? I’d like to read that.
Technically. Dalinsia is a real, human person. A modder in the community, who actually made the dungeon. The thrall is named after them.
First off, that is a cool name. Second what relation do the Cimmerians have with a desert based dungeon? I was always under the impression Cimmerians chill in the colder areas, kind of like the Nords.
Nothing. The real Dalinsia isn’t a cimmerian. They’re a human person from modern times. Sometimes they go live on twitch
I read all the novels when I was a a early teenager that my dad had unfortunately don’t remember much my wife and I watched the first Conan movie on a date been a long time for us all never read the Comics
The skeletons, the 200-pound spiders, the turtles battling a giant undead dragon, the Lord Buckethead boss who grows in size as he become aroused…
But a Yeti? That just seems unnatural.
That whole hallway is a prison of shorts if that helps
There goes the joke of @drachenfeles to have a point! Thank you guys both for letting us know about Dalinsia, I wish I could tag her to send my admiration and love. This dungeon is far my best in exile lands.
@drachenfeles.
I will not correct my post because all your help here will seem pointless and it’s the last thing I want. You are always supportive and helpful to me, so you deserve no less love and admiration from me, thank you very much for everything all these years. If this moderator has a name here in this forum and you could tag it please, no matter how off topic this could be, I would beg you to do it. In my job as a professional I need to get payed but I need a thank you too. After all, if you do your job very well, a warm thank you is charging your batteries to go on. Thanks again m8
