In case anyone was wondering on their zendesk latrine requests -

I just wanted to pop in a thankyou for the lateine fix.

I placed the ticket yesterday morning and by 3am central is was fixed.

I don’t remember installing any plumbing when I placed mine so…

I give it about 3 days before all hell breaks loose
