I really do wish they were better experiences, but maybe I’m a cynic when it comes to public spaces. Its a shame what people do to places that someone else is responsible for maintaining. That behavior begets rules that are often enforced on the wrong people while the major transgressors work around them. I think we’ve all encountered that in the real world as well, where a rule is made, the rule followers (who always have followed them) are caught up in the aftermath and the abusers continue to be abusers.
