I submitted a ticket yesterday morning. No response, no one replied. I noticed friends getting ban lifted, although they had submitted their tickets hours later than I had. So i submitted another. Still nothing. One friend said after he waited 24 hours for a reply, he decided to go balistic and spam tickets. It worked and ban was lifted.
So I after 26 hours of zero response I decided to try this too. I sent them several tickets, as i was submitting 5th or 6th one…they lifted ban immediately.
