To be entirely fair, many players have access only to Funcom official maps.

I did not know FC members too were working on that map!
But if we are very strict, we could say, the person(s) from Funcom did not create in the official work-time, probably in their free time when they were “just” civilian(s). 
@Taemien the only RNG I was unlucky with is the exchange of the valor badges for the Serpentes vault armor recipes.
They should add to siptah , more base spots especially not that many good spots to hide or defend from
